30 MHz CMOS MEMS oscillator – industrial temp, active production
The DSC1101CL5-030.0000T is a 30 MHz XO (Standard) with CMOS output, built on a MEMS resonator — no quartz crystal inside, so it resists vibration and shock better than a traditional crystal oscillator in the same 3.2 mm x 2.5 mm 6-SMD no-lead footprint. Supply voltage spans 2.25V to 3.6V, so it works on a 2.5V or 3.3V rail without an extra regulator; the Standby (Power Down) function pulls supply current down to 95 µA max when the clock is gated off.
Active lifecycle – no last-time-buy urgency
This part is still a standard catalog item, not a shortage-driven spot-market play. The DSC1101 series is a broad MEMS oscillator family; if you need a different frequency or stability grade, the same 6-SMD footprint and supply range carry through the family, so a BOM change stays pin-compatible.
Frequency stability is ±10 ppm — tight enough for a 30 MHz clock feeding a USB or Ethernet PHY without needing a TCXO.
