50 MHz MEMS clock with standby for industrial timing
The DSC1101CL2-050.0000 is a 50 MHz MEMS-based XO (Standard) that outputs CMOS levels and draws 35 mA max from a 2.25V to 3.6V rail.
±25 ppm frequency stability covers temperature, supply, and aging — tight enough for a 50 MHz reference driving a gigabit Ethernet PHY or a high-speed ADC clock input without external trimming. The 2.25V to 3.6V supply range means it runs on a 2.5V or 3.3V rail directly, and the output swing tracks the supply voltage — no level shifter needed when feeding a 2.5V FPGA bank.
Housed in a 6-VDFN package measuring 3.20 mm x 2.50 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm — a compact footprint for space-constrained PCBs like SFP modules or sensor hubs. Surface-mount package, supplied in Tube.
