Supply range and standby power-down
Operates from a 2.25V to 3.63V supply, covering 2.5 V and 3.3 V rails without an external regulator. Active current draw is 35 mA max; pulling the Standby (Power Down) pin low drops consumption to 95 µA max — enough to keep the oscillator alive through a battery-backed sleep state without draining the coin cell.
6-VDFN package and tape & reel
Housed in a 6-VDFN package measuring 3.20 mm x 2.50 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm.
