14.7456 MHz MEMS oscillator with ±10 ppm stability
The DSC1101CI5-014.7456 is a standard XO (Standard) MEMS oscillator from Microchip's DSC1101 series, delivering a 14.7456 MHz CMOS output with ±10 ppm frequency stability across the full industrial temperature range. The MEMS resonator is inherently more resistant to shock and vibration than a quartz crystal — the oscillator starts up faster and holds frequency under mechanical stress, which matters for portable instrumentation and equipment that sees shipping or fan vibration.
Supply range and standby power-down
The Standby (Power Down) function drops supply current to 95 µA max when the enable pin is pulled low, letting the system gate the clock during sleep and wake the oscillator on demand.
Package and board-fit note
Housed in a 6-SMD, No Lead package measuring 3.20 mm × 2.50 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm — the 0.50 mm pitch lands on a standard 6-pad footprint common to many MEMS and quartz oscillators, so the layout is interchangeable with several peer parts.
