Supply range is 2.25V to 3.63V, covering 2.5V and 3.3V rails without an external level shifter.
Standby pin — field power-down without a relay
That lets you gate the clock in battery-powered systems without a separate load switch. Active current is 35 mA max — typical for a 10 MHz MEMS oscillator. The disable current is low enough that the part can stay powered on a coin-cell backup without draining it overnight.
6-SMD no-lead package, 3.20 mm x 2.50 mm, 0.90 mm seated height. Surface-mount, tape-and-reel or cut-tape. The small footprint fits tight layouts, but the no-lead pads need a good solder-paste stencil — rework with a hot-air pencil is possible if you preheat the board.
Active product status per Microchip. The DSC1101 series is current production; no pin-compatible successor announced.
