148.5 MHz MEMS clock for industrial timing
The MEMS resonator gives this oscillator better shock and vibration tolerance than a quartz crystal, plus a faster startup time — useful for video clocking, FPGA reference, or any board that sees mechanical stress.
Standby function and supply flexibility
A standby (power down) pin lets the system disable the output, dropping supply current from 35 mA max to 95 µA max — a meaningful power save for battery-operated or duty-cycled equipment. The supply voltage range spans 2.25 V to 3.6 V, covering common 2.5 V and 3.3 V rails without an external regulator.
This part carries an Active product status. Supplied in Tape & Reel (TR) packaging, the 6-SMD no-lead footprint (3.20 mm x 2.50 mm) is a standard 6-pin oscillator layout, compatible with common pick-and-place and reflow profiles.
