100 MHz MEMS clock reference for industrial and comms
Supply voltage spans 2.25V to 3.6V, so the oscillator runs directly from a 2.5V or 3.3V rail — no separate LDO needed for the clock supply. Maximum supply current at 100 MHz is 35 mA.
6-SMD package and board layout
Housed in a 6-SMD, No Lead package measuring 3.20 mm x 2.50 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm. The 6-pad footprint matches the standard MEMS oscillator land pattern; no via-in-pad required. Surface-mount reflow profile follows JEDEC J-STD-020 for MSL level 1.
