Active MEMS oscillator – 100 MHz fixed clock
The DSC1101CI2-100.0000 is a standard XO built on a MEMS resonator, not a quartz crystal – no crystal selection, no load-cap tuning, and no startup reliability concerns across temperature.
Supply voltage and power-down mode
Runs from any rail between 2.25V and 3.6V – a single 2.5V or 3.3V supply is sufficient, no extra regulator needed. The Standby (Power Down) function disables the output and drops supply current from 35 mA max to 95 µA max, useful for battery-powered systems that gate the clock during sleep.
Housed in a 6-SMD no-lead package measuring 3.20 mm x 2.50 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm. The no-lead construction means the terminations are flush with the package body – rework with hot air is straightforward, but the small footprint demands careful alignment during hand placement.
