Active production — current lifecycle status
The DSC1101CI2-014.7456: This is a production part suitable for both new designs and ongoing BOM replenishment.
14.7456 MHz MEMS oscillator with CMOS output
A standard XO clock source built on a MEMS resonator rather than a quartz crystal, outputting a 14.7456 MHz CMOS-level square wave. The MEMS die is sealed in a 6-SMD no-lead package measuring 3.20 mm x 2.50 mm — the same footprint as many quartz oscillators, so a layout designed for a 3.2 x 2.5 mm XO accepts this part without a board spin.
Supply range and standby power-down
Maximum active current draw is 35 mA; when the standby (power-down) function is asserted, the supply current drops to 95 µA max — useful for battery-powered equipment that gates the clock in sleep mode.
