125 MHz MEMS clock source — DSC1101 family
The wide supply voltage range of 2.25 V to 3.6 V allows the same BOM line to serve 2.5 V and 3.3 V logic domains without a regulator change.
Package and board layout note
Housed in a 6-SMD no-lead package measuring 3.20 mm × 2.50 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm — the compact footprint suits space-constrained PCB layouts such as SFP modules or compact radio cards. The CMOS output and supply pins are on the same side of the package; a via-stitched ground plane under the body helps contain the 125 MHz harmonic content.
Supplied in tape and reel (TR) packaging, consistent with automated pick-and-place assembly.
