120 MHz MEMS oscillator – what it replaces on the BOM
The DSC1101CI1-120.0000T: This is a MEMS-based oscillator, not a quartz crystal — the resonator is a silicon MEMS structure, which means no crystal aging drift and no start-up time on power-up.
Supply flexibility and standby power-down
Runs from any rail between 2.25 V and 3.6 V — no separate LDO needed if the core or I/O supply is in that band. The Standby (Power Down) function pulls the disable current down to 95 µA max, so a battery-backed design can gate the clock when the system sleeps.
Package and board-fit note
6-SMD, No Lead package, 3.20 mm × 2.50 mm footprint, seated height 0.90 mm max. The 0.50 mm pin pitch routes out on two layers without via-in-pad; a standard land pattern for this body size works across the DSC1101 family.
Active production — no LTB window to chase
Sourced through independent distribution; quoted to order against the BOM quantity.
