25 MHz MEMS XO with ±10 ppm stability
The DSC1101CE5-025.0000 is a 25 MHz XO (Standard) oscillator built on a MEMS resonator, delivering ±10 ppm frequency stability across its -20°C to 70°C operating range. That stability holds the clock edge tight enough for 10/100 Ethernet PHY reference clocks or a USB hub controller — the ±10 ppm figure is the total frequency error over temperature, supply, and aging, not just the 25°C initial tolerance. Supply voltage spans 2.25V to 3.6V, so the same part number works on a 2.5V FPGA bank or a 3.3V MCU rail without a separate regulator.
Standby power-down and package footprint
The control pin is active-low; pulling it low stops oscillation, and the output goes high-impedance. The 6-SMD no-lead package measures 3.20 mm x 2.50 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm max.
