24 MHz MEMS clock with wide supply tolerance
The DSC1101CE5-024.0000T is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) delivering a 24 MHz CMOS output from a 2.25V to 3.6V supply rail. The MEMS resonator eliminates the quartz startup and aging drift concerns — the frequency is set at factory trim and stays within ±10 ppm absolute pull range across the operating envelope. Standby (Power Down) function drops supply current to 95 µA max when the clock is not needed, which matters for battery-powered or intermittent-duty systems.
Temperature grade and deployment boundary
Rated for -20°C to 70°C, this is a commercial-temperature oscillator — suitable for indoor office equipment, appliances, and consumer PCBs, but not for outdoor telecom cabinets or engine-bay electronics. The 6-VDFN package (3.20mm x 2.50mm, 0.90mm seated height) is a compact land-grid array footprint — the board layout should match the recommended pad pattern in the datasheet to avoid solder bridging on the narrow terminals.
