The DSC1101CE1-054.0000T is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) from Microchip's DSC1101 series, delivering a 54 MHz CMOS output with ±50 ppm frequency stability across its full -20°C to 70°C operating range.
Operating from 2.25V to 3.6V, this oscillator covers the common 2.5V and 3.3V logic rails without an external regulator — the wide tolerance absorbs rail ripple from a switching supply.
