MEMS oscillator for 22.5792 MHz clock trees
The DSC1101CE1-022.5792T is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) oscillator delivering a 22.5792 MHz CMOS output from a 6-VDFN package measuring 3.20mm x 2.50mm. The MEMS resonator replaces the quartz crystal, offering improved shock and vibration tolerance plus faster startup — typically under 5 ms — compared to a quartz oscillator. The supply voltage range of 2.25V to 3.6V lets it run directly from a 2.5V or 3.3V rail without an intermediate LDO.
Active production — design-in ready
Sourced through independent distribution; quoted to order against the BOM quantity.
Standby function and disable current
The Standby (Power Down) function pulls the output to high-impedance and drops the supply current to 95 µA max — useful for battery-powered equipment that gates the clock during sleep modes. Active supply current is 35 mA max at the rated frequency.
Temperature grade and package fit
Rated for -20°C to 70°C, this covers commercial and most indoor industrial environments — office equipment, networking gear, test instrumentation. The 6-VDFN package with 0.90 mm seated height fits tight-profile boards; the 3.20mm x 2.50mm footprint matches standard 3.2 x 2.5 mm oscillator land patterns.
