12.5 MHz MEMS oscillator – fit and supply
The DSC1101CE1-012.5000: This is a 12.5 MHz MEMS-based XO (Standard) with CMOS output, part of Microchip's DSC1101 series. The MEMS resonator means it starts up faster and handles shock better than a quartz crystal – useful if your board sees vibration or rapid power cycling. Full operation draws 35 mA max, typical for a 12.5 MHz CMOS clock at this voltage.
Temperature grade and stability envelope
The ±50 ppm frequency stability holds the clock within 625 Hz of 12.5 MHz across that temperature range; for a UART running at 115200 baud, that's less than 0.5% bit-rate error, well within tolerance.
6-SMD, no-lead package, 3.20 mm x 2.50 mm body, seated height 0.90 mm max. No via-in-pad needed – standard SMD reflow works.
