100 MHz MEMS oscillator with full military temperature range
The DSC1101BM1-100.0000T is a 100 MHz MEMS-based XO (Standard) oscillator from Microchip's DSC1101 series, delivering a CMOS output across a 2.25V to 3.6V supply range.
Maximum active supply current is 35 mA at 100 MHz, a reasonable draw for a high-frequency clock source driving CMOS loads. The wide 2.25V to 3.6V supply range lets the oscillator run directly from a 3.3V or 2.5V rail without an external LDO, simplifying power tree design.
6-SMD package and board integration
Housed in a 6-SMD, no-lead package measuring 5.00mm x 3.20mm with a seated height of 0.90mm, the oscillator fits compact PCB layouts common in portable and embedded designs.
