Wide supply range and standby mode
Operating from 2.25V to 3.6V, the oscillator can be powered from a 2.5V or 3.3V rail without an external regulator — simplifies the power tree in mixed-voltage designs. The standby (power down) function drops supply current to 95 µA max, allowing the system to gate the clock during sleep states without a separate enable switch.
Surface-mount footprint and layout
Housed in a 6-VDFN package measuring 5.00mm x 3.20mm with a seated height of 0.90mm — a compact footprint suited for space-constrained PCBs in industrial control, networking, and instrumentation.
