MEMS XO with CMOS output for industrial timing
The DSC1101BI5-010.0000T is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) producing a 10 MHz CMOS output. The MEMS resonator replaces a quartz crystal, giving better shock and vibration immunity and faster start-up than a traditional crystal oscillator. Frequency stability is ±10 ppm over the full temperature range, which keeps the 10 MHz clock within 100 Hz of nominal — tight enough for a 100BASE-TX Ethernet PHY reference or a UART baud-rate generator without external trimming.
Wide supply range and standby power-down
Maximum supply current is 35 mA during active operation. The Standby (Power Down) function pulls the output to high-impedance and drops supply current to 95 µA max — useful for battery-powered designs that need to shut the clock tree during sleep and wake on an external event.
Active lifecycle — no end-of-life risk
Product status is Active. New designs can commit to this order code without near-term obsolescence concern.
