Standby power-down and supply flexibility
A dedicated Standby (Power Down) function drops the supply current to 95 µA max when the output is disabled, letting the system clock tree be gated without a separate load switch. The supply voltage range spans 2.25V to 3.6V, covering common 2.5V and 3.3V rails without an external regulator — useful for mixed-voltage designs where the oscillator must follow the core or I/O supply. Active current draw is 35 mA max at 125 MHz, typical for a high-speed CMOS output driving a moderate trace load.
It remains qualified for new designs and production builds.
