22.5792 MHz MEMS oscillator for precision timing
The DSC1101BE5-022.5792T is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) oscillator delivering a 22.5792 MHz CMOS output with ±10 ppm frequency stability across its -20°C to +70°C operating range. This stability holds without the warm-up drift typical of quartz — the MEMS resonator starts at frequency within microseconds of power-up, which matters for applications that cycle power or wake from standby frequently. Supply voltage spans 2.25V to 3.6V, covering 2.5V and 3.3V logic rails without an external regulator. The CMOS output drives standard logic families directly — no level translation needed for 3.3V or 2.5V I/O banks.
Maximum active current is 35 mA at full load. For battery-powered gear that sleeps between audio/video frames, the standby current is low enough to skip a dedicated load switch.
Active lifecycle — safe for new designs
Package and board-mounting notes
6-SMD, No Lead package measuring 5.00 mm x 3.20 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm. The 0.197" x 0.126" footprint is standard for 5x3.2 mm oscillators — compatible with most pick-and-place feeders and reflow profiles. No exposed paddle; the MEMS die is encapsulated, so MSL is not a concern for bake requirements.
