MEMS XO that drops into a quartz socket
The DSC1101BE2-025.0000 is a 25 MHz MEMS-based XO (Standard) with CMOS output — it is a direct functional replacement for a standard quartz oscillator in the same 6-SMD, no-lead footprint. The MEMS resonator eliminates the quartz start-up uncertainty and offers better shock and vibration immunity, which matters if the board sees a drop test or a fan motor nearby.
Supply rail tolerance and power-down
Runs on any rail from 2.25V to 3.6V — one BOM line covers 2.5V, 3.0V, and 3.3V logic without a separate regulator or voltage divider. The standby (power-down) function drops supply current to 95 µA max, letting the oscillator share a power switch with the rest of the sleep domain.
