30 MHz MEMS XO with military-temperature range
Supply voltage spans 2.25V to 3.6V, so the same part runs on a 2.5V or 3.3V rail without a separate LDO. The wide input range also absorbs rail ripple from a switching regulator upstream.
MEMS vs quartz — what the resonator choice means
The trade-off is a slightly higher phase-noise floor than a high-end quartz oscillator, but for a 30 MHz CMOS clock feeding a microcontroller or FPGA, the jitter budget is usually generous enough.
Standby function and package outline
The 6-VDFN exposed pad package (7.00mm x 5.00mm, 0.90mm seated height) provides a low-inductance ground path through the pad, which helps with EMI and thermal management.
