MEMS resonator with military-temperature reach
The DSC1101AM2-014.3950 is a 14.395 MHz MEMS-based XO (standard oscillator) from Microchip's DSC1101 series, delivering a CMOS output in a 6-SMD no-lead exposed pad package.
The 2.25V to 3.6V supply range lets it run directly off a 3.3V or 2.5V rail without an intermediate LDO — handy when the board already has those rails. At 95 µA max supply current, it draws less than many quartz oscillators at this frequency, which matters for a battery-powered sensor node that sleeps most of the time.
Standby function for low-power systems
