45.1584 MHz MEMS oscillator with standby power-down
The DSC1101AL5-045.1584T is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) from Microchip's DSC1101 series, delivering a fixed 45.1584 MHz CMOS output. The MEMS resonator gives it faster startup and better shock/vibration tolerance than a quartz crystal — relevant if the board sees high-g environments or frequent power cycling. Runs on a 2.25V to 3.6V supply, so it can share a 2.5V or 3.3V rail without a separate LDO. The standby (power-down) function drops supply current to 95 µA max — useful for battery-operated gear that sleeps between active periods.
Rated -40°C to 105°C (industrial temperature range), this oscillator is at home in outdoor telecom cabinets, engine-bay electronics, or factory-floor controllers where ambient heat soars.
