Standby function and supply current
A standby (power-down) pin drops the supply current to 95 µA max when the output is disabled — useful for battery-backed systems that gate the clock during idle periods. Active draw is 35 mA max at full rail, which is typical for a 45 MHz CMOS MEMS oscillator driving a moderate fan-out load.
Package and layout fit
Housed in a 6-VDFN with exposed pad, 7.00 mm x 5.00 mm footprint, 0.90 mm seated height — the thermal pad should be soldered to a ground plane for heat spreading and mechanical stability.
Suitable for new designs. Availability confirmed at RFQ.
