156.25 MHz MEMS clock for SerDes and Ethernet
The DSC1101AI5-156.2500T is a MEMS-based XO delivering a 156.25 MHz CMOS output — the exact frequency used as a reference clock for 10GbE, PCIe Gen3/4, and many FPGA SerDes PLLs. Supply voltage spans 2.25V to 3.6V, so the oscillator can be powered directly from a 2.5V or 3.3V rail without an intermediate LDO — one less component on the power tree.
Standby mode and low-power operation
Maximum supply current is 95 µA during normal operation, making this oscillator a low-power choice for battery-powered or energy-harvested systems where every microamp counts.
The 6-SMD, No Lead Exposed Pad package measures 7.00 mm x 5.00 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm.
