156.25 MHz MEMS oscillator for high-speed clocking
The MEMS resonator replaces a quartz crystal, offering faster startup and better resistance to shock and vibration — a practical advantage in motor-drive or outdoor telecom enclosures where quartz can drift under mechanical stress. Supply voltage spans 2.25V to 3.63V, letting the oscillator work on 2.5V or 3.3V rails without a dedicated LDO — one BOM line covers both logic families.
Standby power-down function
The Standby (Power Down) function on pin 1 pulls the output to high-impedance and drops supply current to near-zero — useful for battery-backed systems that need to gate the clock during sleep without a separate enable switch. Maximum supply current is 35 mA when active; the standby mode cuts this to a few microamps, extending battery life in intermittently powered designs.
