125 MHz MEMS oscillator with wide supply range
The DSC1101AI3-125.0000T is a 125 MHz XO (Standard) MEMS oscillator from Microchip's DSC1101 series, delivering a CMOS output over a 2.25V to 3.6V supply range. The MEMS resonator base provides better shock and vibration tolerance than quartz, and faster startup — relevant for portable or industrial equipment subject to mechanical stress.
Standby power-down for duty-cycled designs
