Supply voltage and standby power-down
Operates from 2.25 V to 3.6 V – one rail covers both 2.5 V and 3.3 V logic domains. Maximum supply current is 35 mA during active oscillation. The Standby (Power Down) function drops current to 95 µA max, letting a system gate the clock tree on a battery-powered sensor node or a remote I/O module and wake the oscillator within a few milliseconds.
Industrial temperature range and VDFN package
Housed in a 6-VDFN with exposed pad (7.00 mm x 5.00 mm footprint, 0.90 mm seated height). The exposed pad needs a thermal via pattern under the package to conduct heat to the PCB ground plane; without it the junction temperature rises faster under continuous 35 mA draw.
