MEMS clock source for commercial-temperature designs
The DSC1101AE5-022.5792T is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) oscillator from Microchip's DSC1101 series, delivering a 22.5792 MHz CMOS output with ±10 ppm absolute pull range (APR). The MEMS resonator replaces a quartz crystal, offering faster startup and better resistance to shock and vibration compared to a conventional crystal oscillator.
Active lifecycle and tape-and-reel packaging
Supplied on tape and reel (TR), the part is ready for automated pick-and-place assembly in volume production.
Standby function and disable current
A standby (power-down) function reduces supply current to 95 µA max when the output is disabled, preserving power in battery-operated or duty-cycled systems. Active supply current is 35 mA max at the rated frequency and load.
