MEMS XO at 84.672 MHz – active production, no quartz ageing
The absolute pull range (APR) is ±20 ppm, which defines the total frequency deviation available for a downstream PLL or clock generator to lock. Supply voltage covers 2.25V to 3.6V, so the same order code works on a 2.5V or 3.3V rail without a separate LDO — one BOM line for both power domains.
The disable current floor means the oscillator does not dominate the sleep budget in a duty-cycled design.
Package and board layout note
Housed in a 6-VDFN with exposed pad, 7.00 mm x 5.00 mm footprint, seated height 0.90 mm max. Without this, the junction temperature rises above the 70°C ambient limit in high-airflow enclosures. No external load capacitors are required — the CMOS output drives a standard 15 pF load internally. The MEMS resonator is self-contained; the only external connections are supply, ground, and the output enable/standby pin.
