16.384 MHz MEMS XO with CMOS output and ±25 ppm APR
The DSC1101AE2-016.3840T is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) from Microchip's DSC1101 series, delivering a 16.384 MHz CMOS output with an absolute pull range of ±25 ppm. The MEMS resonator replaces a quartz crystal, offering faster startup and better shock/vibration immunity than a traditional crystal oscillator. The CMOS output directly drives most logic families without level translation.
Supply range and standby power-down current
The standby (power-down) function reduces supply current to 95 µA max when the enable pin is pulled low, preserving battery life in intermittently active systems. Active supply current is 35 mA max at full load.
Commercial temperature grade and 6-VDFN package
Rated for -20°C to 70°C, this part suits indoor equipment, office networking gear, and telecom indoor cabinets — not outdoor or under-hood environments.
