125 MHz MEMS oscillator — active, production-ready
It operates from a 2.25V to 3.6V supply, drawing 35 mA max in active mode and dropping to 95 µA in standby (power-down).
MEMS oscillators offer faster start-up, better resistance to vibration and shock, and a smaller footprint for the same frequency. The 6-SMD no-lead package (7.00mm x 5.00mm, 0.90mm seated height) is a standard oscillator footprint — it drops into the same PCB land pattern as many quartz XOs, so a board spin is not required when swapping from a quartz part.
Standby function and supply range
The wide 2.25V–3.6V supply range lets it run from a 2.5V or 3.3V rail without an external LDO.
