The DSC1101AE1-050.0000T is a MEMS-based XO from Microchip's DSC1101 series, delivering a 50 MHz CMOS output with ±50 ppm frequency stability across its -20°C to 70°C operating range. Supply voltage spans 2.25V to 3.6V, so the same BOM line works on 2.5V, 3.0V, or 3.3V rails without a separate regulator or voltage divider.
