33.333 MHz CMOS clock from a MEMS resonator
This is a 33.333 MHz oscillator with CMOS output, built on a MEMS base resonator rather than a quartz crystal. The 3.3V supply rail and ±50ppm frequency stability suit it for general-purpose clocking in industrial-temperature environments (-40°C to 85°C).
Standby function and low power draw
The part includes a Standby (Power Down) function. When disabled, the supply current drops to 1µA maximum, compared to 3mA typical when running. This makes it suitable for battery-powered or duty-cycled applications where the clock can be gated off between active periods.
2.5 mm x 2.0 mm no-lead package
Housed in a 4-SMD, No Lead package measuring 2.50mm x 2.00mm with a seated height of 0.90mm. The small footprint and low profile fit space-constrained PCB layouts, but the no-lead construction means the solder joints are under the body — X-ray inspection is recommended after reflow.
