Microchip lists the DSC1033DI1-016.0000T as obsolete. Available through independent surplus channels in lot-specific quantities; confirmed at RFQ.
16 MHz MEMS oscillator with standby power-down
This is a MEMS-based XO (standard) delivering a 16 MHz CMOS output from a 3.3V supply rail. The standby (power-down) function drops the supply current to 1 µA max when disabled — useful for battery-powered equipment that needs to gate the clock tree during sleep.
Package and board-fit notes
Housed in a 4-SMD no-lead package measuring 2.50 mm x 2.00 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm. Surface-mount, tape-and-reel delivery. The 0.50 mm pitch and small footprint suit space-constrained designs, but the no-lead construction means the solder joint is not visible post-reflow — X-ray inspection is the practical verification method.
