The DSC1033CI2-028.3220 is an active MEMS-based XO (standard oscillator) from Microchip's PureSilicon™ family, delivering a 28.322 MHz CMOS clock with ±25ppm frequency stability across -40°C to 85°C.
3.3V supply, CMOS output, and package fit
Runs from a 3.3V rail and drives CMOS inputs directly — no level translation needed for 3.3V-logic MCUs or FPGAs. Housed in a 3.20mm x 2.50mm 4-SMD no-lead package, 0.90mm seated height, compatible with standard reflow profiles for automated assembly. Maximum supply draw is 10 mA during operation, so the thermal load on the PCB is minimal even in dense layouts.
