The DSC1033CI1-012.8000T is a MEMS-based XO (standard oscillator) from Microchip's PureSilicon™ series, delivering a 12.8 MHz CMOS output from a 3.3V supply rail. The ±50 ppm frequency stability holds the clock edge within 0.64 ns of nominal at 12.8 MHz, tight enough for a UART baud-rate generator or a simple MCU system clock.
Industrial temperature range and standby power
