The DSC1033CE2-048.0000T is a 48 MHz MEMS-based XO (standard) from Microchip's PureSilicon™ series, delivering a CMOS output with ±25 ppm frequency stability across -20°C to +70°C. It draws 4 mA typical in active mode and drops to 1 µA when the standby (power-down) function is asserted – a useful margin for battery-operated or intermittent-duty systems where the clock can be gated between operations.
Package and footprint – 3.2 mm × 2.5 mm 4-SMD
