MEMS oscillator replaces quartz at 32.768 MHz
It runs from a 3.3V supply and draws 3 mA typical during operation, dropping to 1 µA max in standby mode via the Power Down pin — a meaningful power savings for battery-powered or intermittently active systems.
Package and board-fit for hand assembly
Housed in a 4-SMD, No Lead package measuring 5.00 mm × 3.20 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm, the footprint is a standard 4-pad land pattern that reflows easily with a hot-air station — no BGA rework required. The 0.197" × 0.126" body is a common size for oscillators, so existing PCB layouts for quartz oscillators in the same footprint often accept this MEMS part with no board spin.
