Discontinued MEMS oscillator – sourcing through surplus
No official successor is listed, so a pin-compatible alternative from the DSC1033 series or a functional equivalent from another MEMS oscillator family should be evaluated for new designs.
32 MHz XO with standby power-down
This 32 MHz XO (Standard) delivers a CMOS output from a MEMS base resonator, packaged in a 5.0 mm x 3.2 mm 4-SMD no-lead footprint — a drop-in for standard quartz oscillator layouts. Supply range of 3V to 3.6V covers the common 3.3V rail — no level translation needed for a standard 3.3V logic interface.
Industrial temperature and stability margin
Typical supply current is 3 mA max — the MEMS architecture keeps the power budget low even at 32 MHz.
