This is a 32 MHz MEMS-based XO (Standard) with CMOS output, operating from a 3.3V supply rail. The MEMS resonator is inherently more shock- and vibration-tolerant than a quartz crystal, which is a practical advantage in motor-drive and automotive-adjacent applications.
Package and footprint for PCB layout
Housed in a 4-SMD, No Lead package measuring 5.00 mm x 3.20 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm. The no-lead land pattern requires a solder-paste stencil aperture matched to the pad dimensions in the datasheet — the small pads are sensitive to misalignment during reflow. The standby (power down) function on pin 1 pulls the output to high-impedance and drops supply current to 1 µA max, which is useful for battery-powered systems that need to gate the clock tree without an external load switch.
