The DSC1033BI1-025.0000T: For existing BOM lines, availability is through independent surplus or distributor inventory; quantities are lot-specific and confirmed at RFQ. No official successor or pin-compatible replacement is recorded from Microchip. A board-level redesign to a current-generation MEMS oscillator from the DSC11xx or DSC60xx series may be required for new builds.
25 MHz MEMS oscillator with standby
The DSC1033BI1-025.0000T is a 25 MHz MEMS-based XO (Standard) delivering a CMOS output from a 3.3V supply rail. The MEMS resonator eliminates the quartz-crystal startup time and shock sensitivity typical of traditional oscillators. A standby (power-down) function drops supply current to 1 µA max when disabled — the enable pin lets the system gate the clock for power-sensitive sleep modes without a separate load switch.
Housed in a 4-SMD, no-lead package measuring 5.00 mm x 3.20 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm. The 0.50 mm pitch land pattern is standard for this form factor — no via-in-pad required, but the pad-to-pad clearance calls for a solder-mask-defined pad on the PCB.
