The DSC1033BC1-024.0000T: This is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) running at 24 MHz with a CMOS output — a direct drop-in for quartz oscillators in the same 5.0 mm × 3.2 mm 4-SMD footprint, but with a standby function that pulls the supply current to 1 µA when disabled.
That means it is still a valid BOM line for new builds and production replenishment, sourced through independent distribution per RFQ.
Standby current and the board-level trade-off
The 10 mA max supply current when running is typical for a 24 MHz CMOS oscillator. The real win is the 1 µA standby max — if your MCU sleeps and the clock is gated via the standby pin, this part keeps the battery drain negligible.
