12 MHz MEMS oscillator with ±25 ppm stability
The DSC1033AI2-012.0000T is a 12 MHz XO (Standard) from Microchip's DSC1033 PureSilicon™ family, built on a MEMS resonator rather than a quartz crystal. The CMOS output and 3.3 V supply make it a drop-in clock source for MCUs, FPGAs, and serial transceivers that expect a standard square-wave clock.
Standby power-down for battery-sensitive designs
The standby (power down) function pulls the disable current to 1 µA max, while the active supply draws only 3 mA typical. In a battery-powered sensor node that sleeps most of the time, the oscillator's own draw during sleep is negligible — the 1 µA figure is below the self-discharge rate of a CR2032 coin cell.
