MEMS resonator, quartz-like output
The output is standard CMOS, so it drives the clock input of an MCU, FPGA, or ASIC directly without external level shifting. The 3.3V supply rail is common in 3.3V logic systems — no additional regulator or level translator needed for the oscillator itself.
Active current is 3 mA typical at 8 MHz — negligible in a wall-powered system but worth budgeting in a portable device that runs the oscillator continuously.
Industrial temperature coverage
Housed in a 7.00 mm x 5.00 mm 4-SMD package with an exposed pad — the pad should be soldered to a ground plane for thermal and mechanical stability. The 0.90 mm seated height keeps it low-profile for tight enclosures. Supplied on Tape & Reel (TR), compatible with automated pick-and-place assembly.
