42.5 MHz MEMS oscillator with standby
This is a 42.5 MHz XO (Standard) oscillator built on a MEMS resonator, not a quartz crystal — no aging drift from crystal blank defects, and better shock/vibration tolerance than a quartz-based part. Output is CMOS, compatible with most digital clock inputs. Supply current is 4 mA typ, dropping to 1 µA max when the Standby (Power Down) function is asserted.
Industrial temperature and 2.5×2.0 mm footprint
The 4-SMD no-lead package measures 2.50 mm × 2.00 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm — a compact footprint for space-constrained PCBs. Frequency stability is ±50 ppm across the temperature range.
