50 MHz MEMS clock for tight timing budgets
The DSC1018BE1-050.0000T delivers a 50 MHz CMOS clock from a MEMS resonator, consuming 4 mA typical during operation and dropping to 1 µA in standby (power-down) mode — the standby current is low enough that a coin cell can keep the oscillator alive for years between wake events.
1.8 V supply and 4-pin SMD footprint
Operates from a single 1.8 V rail — no external regulator needed if the core logic supply is already 1.8 V. The 4-SMD, No Lead package measures 5.00 mm x 3.20 mm x 0.90 mm.
