Active production, AEC-Q100 qualified
It can be placed on an under-hood ECU or cabin-domain controller without a separate PPAP waiver.
Outputs a 50 MHz CMOS-level clock — the logic family sees a clean rail-to-rail swing without external level translation. The MEMS base resonator eliminates quartz crystal aging and start-up reliability concerns; no external load capacitors are needed. For a 50 MHz clock, that is ±500 Hz maximum drift — tight enough for a CAN-FD or 100BASE-T1 reference without a separate TCXO.
Maximum active current is 8 mA at 50 MHz — the power budget is predictable across the voltage range.
2.5 mm x 2.0 mm 4-SMD footprint
Housed in a 4-SMD, no-lead package measuring 0.098" x 0.079" (2.50 mm x 2.00 mm) with a seated height of 0.035" (0.90 mm). The compact footprint suits space-constrained designs; the no-lead construction keeps parasitic inductance low for the 50 MHz edge rate. Surface-mount mounting is standard; the four pads are the supply, ground, output, and enable (standby) pins.
